The Merchant Kitchen is the product of almost 2 decades of dreaming, brainstorming and planning. Hundreds of dishes, twenty-one cities in fourteen countries - all of it led to where we are now.

Owner
A restauranteur with over 13 years experience in the hospitality industry and owner of The Merchant Kitchen. In 2008, he opened Pizzeria Gusto, which instantly gained a reputation as being one of Winnipeg’s most notable and successful restaurants.

Operations
Suzy has been instrumental in building a loyal clientele for the Pizzeria Gusto Group through her innate ability to connect with people. Her outstanding leadership skills have been recognized through her ability to develop an award winning customer service team.
